One 2 One Training is a Private Fitness Facility specialising in Private Fitness Sessions. Private fitness sessions can cater for the individuals needs. Weightloss, Toning, Fitness, Sports Conditioning, Golf conditioning, Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Bodybuilding programs can all be designed and implemented to meet the individuals requirements. Groups of 2-4 can be trained at anyone time. Private one on one sessions are also available.

Mark Mandarano, squating 207.5kg for an Irish Single Lift Squat Record. Mark on the same day broke the world record with a 183kg bench press at a bodyweight of 80kg. Mark is being spotted by Kieran Dolan.
